We take pride in crafting unique, handmade goods. As a result of the artisanal nature of our work and the use of genuine cow leather, it's important for our valued customers to be aware of the following:

1. Our products are painstakingly crafted by skilled artisans. Small imperfections or variations in shape, size, and color may occur, but these should be regarded as a testament to the handcrafted nature of our items.

2. Color differences, grain variations, as well as the occasional presence of wrinkles or marks are intrinsic to real cow leather. These elements are a reflection of nature's artistry and contribute to the unique and timeless charm of the leather.

Please be advised that these natural attributes are not considered product defects. They are a tribute to the authenticity and quality of the materials and craftsmanship we offer

Exchange policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The exchange item must follow either of the list down below. Other conditions are not accepted for our exchange policy. 

  • The product is found to have damages or defects when arrived.
  • The product is not accurate from your order or you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of your product which is able to prove that the product is damaged or inaccurate from your order.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at repleatbag.service@gmail.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting, neither an exchange will not be accepted nor the shipping fee will be responsible. 

In addition, we will cover the shipping fee only when the shipping is made by us, which means that we are not responsible for  the shipping fee from your location to us for exchange items.

Please note that only items purchased directly from this site will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns or further inquiries.

Refunds

All products are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to support you on exchanging items that are under our exchange policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, damaged products, products that dis not purchase directly from us or false order that have been made by customer’s action.
