Domestic shipping

  • Duration

Your order will arrive 2-3 days after we shipped. Tracking number for your order will be available in your order information.

  • Shipping fee

We offer free shipping when the destination is within Thailand for every order.

  • What if I want to send it to my accommodation/ hotel when I’m traveling in Thailand.

We got it, you have limited time for your trip. We are more than happy to send it to any location in Thailand. However, sending a parcel to a hotel or public place might cause you to lose the parcel.  Please note that we are not responsible for tracking or parcel loss in any case. 

If you wish to send the purchased item to your hotel/ accommodation. Please provide the following details. 

  1. Hotel name and detail of address
  2. Receiver’s name that aligns with the hotel’s guest name
  3. Room number that you are staying
  4. Your phone number that can be contacted in Thailand

The shipping will not be eligible if missing one of the required details. We cannot send the parcel if the receiver hasn't checked in or not arrived in Thailand. 

  • I’m in Bangkok, could you send a messenger to send my order?

To prevent confusion and parcel loss. Unfortunately, EMS shipping is the only option for Thailand shipping. Or If you wish to get the bag ASAP, please visit our store! Our staff will take care of you :)


International shipping

  • Detail of address

To ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your order, we urgently need your full cooperation in providing your detailed address in English.

  1. Full Name: Please provide your full name as it appears on your identification document to avoid any delivery conflicts.

  2. Street Address: Include the building number, street name, room number. 

  3. City: State the city accurately for proper routing and timely delivery.

  4. Province/State/Region

  5. Postal Code

  6. Phone Number: A valid contact number is vital for our courier to reach you if necessary and for delivery updates.

Please take a moment to review your address information before proceeding with the payment. Once the order is placed, we will dispatch the package based on the information you have provided, and we will not be able to recheck it with you.

Once again, we emphasize the importance of accurate address details. Failure to provide complete and correct address information may lead to parcel loss, and we cannot be held responsible for such instances.

  • Duration

The estimated delivery time begins once your order is shipped, not when you place the order. Please note that it may take 1-2 days for us to prepare and dispatch your order before it is shipped.  The actual delivery date might be changed or delayed due to the unexpected incidents, whether conditions, flight arrangements, or other external factors. Please refer to your order information in your email box for tracking numbers.

  • Shipping Fee

The shipping fee will be estimated based on your shipping type, your location and order's weight by FedEx. Please find the shipping fee at the checkout page. 

  • Custom Duty & Clearance Charge

Please be aware that all international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. Please note that customers are accountable for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred at the destination. These charges are typically based on the declared value of the items, shipment weight, and the country of origin. It is crucial to note that customs regulations and charges can vary by country and may change over time. 

Regrettably, we cannot calculate or inform you of these fees in advance, as the final amount will only be assessed at the time of delivery. Failure to pay these customs duties may result in the return of your package.

In the event that a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, we will process a refund for the order value, less the shipping fee and any applicable customs fees incurred. 

For further information, we highly recommend checking with your local customs office regarding any potential fees before placing your order.

 

  • Unsuccessful Shipment

Upon receiving notification from FedEx regarding the inability to deliver your order, we will promptly contact you using the provided contact information. We will request your assistance in contacting FedEx while updating and get in touch with FedEx to resolve the issue. Your cooperation in this matter is integral to ensure a solution. 

In the event of no response and the package being returned to our warehouse, please note that we will proceed to cancel your order. Subsequently, a refund will be issued for the value of the item(s) ordered, excluding the pre-paid shipping fees and any applicable customs fees incurred. 

 

  • How can I know where is my order?

You will receive the tracking number and the website for tracking in your email box once your order has been shipped out. To stay informed about the status of your delivery, kindly keep an eye on your email for further updates.
