How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees for domestic and international shipping are different. Please check our Shipping Policy for details.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Please note that we do not ship on weekends. We will notify you when your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. The international rates are made by Thailand Post. You can check your shipping fees on the checkout page or click here for more information about shipping.
Will I be charged international duties or taxes?
The duties and fees are the responsibility of the receiver. The amount of duties or taxes are calculated based on the value of your order and the destination country’s tax.
What’s your return/exchange policy on sale items?
Unfortunately, we can not accept return items. However, we do have an Exchange Policy. Please click here for details.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
The cancellation can not be made once you place an order. If you’d like to make a change to your order, please email us at repleatbags@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Our customer support team is available Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-6 p.m. ( GMT +07:00 Bangkok).
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
If the item is still live on our site, it will most likely be restocked in the future. You can click "Notify me when it's back" to sign up and receive an email when the item is back in stock.
Where the products are sourced and produced?
Today, as always, materials for Repleat products are sourced and produced in Thailand.
